Make your retreat experience even more relaxing by staying at the Cambria Hotel, Rehoboth Beach, where we’ll also host the Friday Night Mixer.
We have secured a special retreat rate of $174/night for attendees. Choose from a King Bed Room or Two Queen Bed Room, each featuring a pullout bed to accommodate extra friends. This modern, stylish hotel offers:
• Indoor pool and hot tub for post-retreat relaxation
• On-site restaurant and bar for gathering with other attendees
• Shuttle service to and from the retreat location at Camp Arrowhead

Yes, lodging is not included in the retreat ticket. We have reserved a room block at the Cambria Hotel, Rehoboth Beach, with a special retreat rate of $174 per night. The hotel features a restaurant, bar, indoor pool, and hot tub, and we will provide shuttle service between the hotel and the retreat location.
By allowing attendees to book their own accommodations, we’re able to keep retreat costs low and make this experience accessible to more women. You are welcome to share a room with friends to make your stay even more affordable.

Yes! Lunch is included on Saturday and Sunday. We work to provide vegan and gluten free options at every retreat, however If you have specific dietary restrictions, please notify us in advance. Snacks and drinks will also be available for purchase at vendor tables.

All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a transfer.

There are a few options for those traveling by air:
• Wilmington (ILG) – Avelo Airlines: This is the closest airport, about 1.5 hours from Lewes, but it has limited flight options from select destinations.
• Philadelphia International Airport (PHL): About 2 hours away, this is a major airport with the most flight options and the easiest drive to Lewes.
• Baltimore/Washington International (BWI): Also about 2 hours away, but requires crossing the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, which can be an intimidating drive if you’re not comfortable with large bridges.
Lewes is a beautiful coastal destination, which means we are a little further from major city airports—but trust us, it’s worth the drive. If you’re looking to carpool from the airport, please email info@seasideshaman and we’ll connect you with other retreat attendees arriving around the same time!

Retreat registrations are non-refundable, as each spot is carefully planned for and reserved in advance. However, I understand that unexpected life events happen. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration as a credit to be used toward a future retreat or other offerings, such as Soul Medicine sessions, workshops, or programs.
If you need to cancel and I’m able to fill your spot, a partial refund may be offered as an exception, but this is not guaranteed.
